Describe the bug
During my recent tests, only one specific phone had partial pixelation/glitching while streaming (see attached screenshot). Setting the profile-level to [email protected] or Main@L4 didn't help.

I can reproduce this on RootEncoder's latest code as well as version 2.7.5.
