Read gknowledge/providers/chatgpt.py and trace how _stream() handles response.output_text.delta events through gknowledge/core/query.py into gknowledge/ui/window.py's _on_ask(). Start with make test and use make start to try the demo; add the optional provider callback and UI updates through GLib.idle_add. Done means answers appear as they arrive and offline mode still works.

Description
The ChatGPT provider already receives the answer as a stream, but the Assistant shows Thinking… for several seconds and then everything at once.
