Description
once we have all those, in theory we can have a fully functional (but insecure) network
- client to create work item and package
- RPC to submit work package from client to package builder
- CE133 submit work package from builder to guarantor #278
- CE134 share work package between guarantors
- refine work package and generate work bundle & work report
- CE135 share work bundle
- CE137 share EC shard from guarantors to assurers
- CE141 share assurance from assurers to block builders
