P1-performance

问题：每次只要出现新版本，CPU占用就会持续占用很高，但实际上没有运行任何任务
现象：主要是在会话界面有这种现象，无论是否进入对话都是一样会持续高占用。但是切换到设置界面后，CPU占用会立即下去，恢复正常。如果退出设置界面回到会话界面，CPU占用会立即升上去。这是一个长期的问题，以往的版本都有这种现象。
