Start by reproducing the CPU spike in the session interface while the new-version notice is present, then compare it with the settings interface, where the report says usage immediately returns to normal. The issue names no files or tests, so trace the session UI and version-notice entry points first. Done means CPU usage stays normal with no tasks running, including when switching between the session and settings interfaces.

描述
问题：每次只要出现新版本，CPU占用就会持续占用很高，但实际上没有运行任何任务
现象：主要是在会话界面有这种现象，无论是否进入对话都是一样会持续高占用。但是切换到设置界面后，CPU占用会立即下去，恢复正常。如果退出设置界面回到会话界面，CPU占用会立即升上去。这是一个长期的问题，以往的版本都有这种现象。
