Research direction

Search the repository for the “park ceiling reached” log and the allocation parking limit; start by reading the code that sets the ceiling and the related tests. Compare the limit with the console framebuffer size and slot count. Done when allocations in the final framebuffer region are no longer refused and a regression test covers the boundary.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Allocations inside the console fb are parked, but parking stops at 24 MB / 24 slots, so the last MB can't be parked and every allocation landing there is refused (~1/s):
park ceiling reached (25165824 bytes over 10 slots) → allocPhysical: 40960 bytes REFUSED

A ceiling >= console size (32 MB, 64 slots) fixes it.
