Description
Ideas:
- Trim convert_output runtime: the current test loops over all SS3 fixture models (tests/testthat/test-convert_output.R with fixtures/ss3_models/models/*); switch to a representative subset
- After isolating filesystem writes to per-test temp dirs, enable testthat parallel execution (Config/testthat/parallel) to lower wall-clock time without changing coverage targets.
- Once report.sso is deprecated, we can remove these tests as well in convert_output
