Research direction

The issue says clicking a reply quote already adds the message--highlighted class to the original message for five seconds, but the rendered view shows no visual effect. Start by tracing the quote click and the style for that class in the frontend. Add a visible highlight and check that it appears briefly on the original message after clicking a quote.

Feature request

When you reply to a message A with a message B, the message B contains a quote of A.
If you click on this quote the browser jumps to message A and should highlight A for a few seconds. Moreover most of it is already implemented. With the click on the quote the style class "message--highlighted" gets added to the original message and stays for 5 seconds. However, this does not have any visual effect on the rendered view. It would be nice if this can be fixed.
