Research direction

The issue proposes creating polls without a Nextcloud login, using an email address for notifications. No files, tests, or entry points are identified, so first locate the existing poll-creation and notification flows; done would mean unauthenticated users can create polls and opt into email notifications.

Description

Some of you may be aware of Framadate (https://framadate.org/index.php?lang=en-EN)).
In Framadate, you are able to create polls without login.
Is this possible with Nextcloud-Polls?

Some people don't want to create an account... They just want to enter their email-address for notifications....
