Research direction

Start from the occ db:schema:check -v output in the issue, which lists unexpected indexes and a column type mismatch across the oc_polls_* tables and a few core tables such as oc_filecache. Reproducing it needs a PostgreSQL 15 instance upgraded from Nextcloud 34 to 35 with polls 9.3.0. The issue does not say whether the fix belongs in polls migrations or in Nextcloud core, and the reporter was sent here by Nextcloud support, so confirm that first. Done means the schema check passes on PostgreSQL 15.
