Research direction

Start with translations-app/handleAppTranslations.sh at the hard-coded commit message near line 35, then look for how app-specific configuration is handled in the repository. Done means app developers can customize the translation commit message, addressing the changelog noise described in the issue.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Currently, the commit messages for app translations are hard coded. Speaking in terms of conventional commits, they are at to fix(l10n).

This makes some external channels generators behave strangely. That is, there are many apparent fixes for a single release, potentially by successive translation into different languages. While the successive translations and git commits are no issue, the CHANGELOG gets flooded. (Example on cookbook nextcloud/cookbook#3407)

I therefore suggest to add a configuration per app how the commit message should look like. Then, app devs can adjust if needed

I could offer to provide a PR. Just wanted to discuss it first.
