Proposed functionality
Add UI and REST actions to delete an individual revision. Currently, revisions can only be removed by deleting their entire Project.
Refuse deletion of the active revision and explain why. For inactive revisions, reclaim source through the existing cleanup, including its check for other revisions sharing the content.
Explain in the confirmation that Scripts referring to the revision as the one where they were last seen will lose that link.
Use case
An operator should be able to remove an unwanted test upload or broken candidate without deleting the Project. This is a manual cleanup action, separate from automatic revision retention.
