Description

Ran into this with web-ext. I have the official Firefox flatpak installed, but it complains it can't find the firefox binary. As far as I understand, to run a flatpak you'd invoke flatpak run org.mozilla.firefox.

A quick search on npm doesn't show any packages that seem to know how to run flatpaks, but I'm not very familiar with how they work on an OS/shell level.
