Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

1. Click New issue here on the repo and select the 🐛 Bug report template
2. See that the issue template renders a link labeled react-table (but with the correct link to https://github.com/tanstack/table). The legacy name be confusing for someone that are not aware of the repo history. (or have I misunderstood something?).
