Research direction

This issue is part of #224 and calls for a security decision, not an implementation. Read the discussion in #224 and assess whether to build phone uploads while ToneCommand listens only on 127.0.0.1; if approved, the stated constraints are opt-in, a time-limited single-use token, upload-only access, images only, a size cap, and automatic shutdown. Until a decision is made, phone photos must be moved to the computer and dragged in.

Description

question

Part of #224. A decision, not a build yet.

Photos usually live on a phone, and ToneCommand listens only on 127.0.0.1 by design. A "send from phone" QR code that opens a one-time upload page on the home network would mean listening beyond the computer.

Decide whether to build it, and if so: opt-in, time-limited single-use token, upload only (no other route reachable), images only, size-capped, and switched off again automatically. Until decided, the answer is: move the photo to the computer (AirDrop, email, a cloud folder) and drag it in.
