winget still shows version 2.1.7 which is from 2020
To my understanding some issues have been opened about this but they might have failed to be merged maybe?
Since then Revo Uninstaller has changed their install URL, it now looks like this
https://revouninstaller.b-cdn.net/ruf270/revosetup.exe
You can check it for yourself on their website, and you can see their version history page displays the same URLs for downloading too
