Research direction

Reproduce the issue in Eclipse 4.40.0 with plugin version 0.20 by requesting file creation in Agent mode, then compare its behavior with Ask mode and the enabled Eclipse tools. Done means Agent mode can perform file creation or editing rather than only explaining the steps.

Description

bug

Environment

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Eclipse Version: 4.40.0
  • Plugin Version: 0.20

Describe the bug
Since upgrade to 0.20 yesterday, the Agent mode behave exactly like the Ask mode, claiming it has not file editing tools available, whereas every tool is actually checked in the Eclipse configuration, and I didn't touch anything apart upgrading

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Ask for a simple file creation in Agent mode (or any coding of file editing task), the chatbot will explain you what to do instead of actually doing it.

Expected behavior
Do the damn task :)
