Research direction

Start by reproducing the drag failure in the Table Storage view using the listed steps, then inspect the table column behavior alongside the Customize Columns interface. The fix is complete when a column such as PartitionKey can be dragged to a new position and the change is reflected in the table.

Bug Description

I used to be able to rearrange columns in Table Storage by clicking on the column header and dragging it to a new location. Now the cursor changes to the red slashed circle. Columns can be arranged with the Customize Columns interface, but I liked being able to do it quickly with click and drag. I don't want to have to use the clunky Customize Columns interface. Can we bring back the click and drag please?
