Research direction

Start with the repro project linked in the issue and compare the ImageSharp output with the Windows Compatibility and SkiaSharp outputs for the same Code 128 input. Find where EncodingOptions.PureBarcode is read in the ImageSharp binding's rendering path, and check the property's intended meaning before changing anything. Done means the ImageSharp output matches the expected behavior for PureBarcode and the other bindings, verified by re-running the repro project.

Description

Hi,

property 'EncodingOptions.PureBarcode' in not working when using ImageSharp
(tested with .net 9.0 on Windows and NuGet package 'ZXing.Net.Bindings.ImageSharp.V3').

It works when using 'ZXing.Net.Bindings.Windows.Compatibility'
and 'ZXing.Net.Bindings.SkiaSharp.V2'.

Example outputs from repro project, tested with code 128 only

Output using 'ZXing.Net.Bindings.Windows.Compatibility':

Output using 'ZXing.Net.Bindings.ImageSharp.V3' (notice no text below barcode):

Output using 'ZXing.Net.Bindings.SkiaSharp.V2':

Below is link to repro project, just a simple .net 9.0 console app which saves images to Desktop:
