Research direction
Start by identifying the RAK4631 Bluetooth connection path and the relevant connection or timeout tests; the issue does not name files or tests. Reproduce the hang while connecting, then compare it with the power-cycle case. Done means the connection completes without power cycling and a test covers the failure.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
Description
On a Rak4631 while trying to connect to Bluetooth it hangs. While attempting the connection if you power cycle the device it connects immediately.
