Research direction

Start by investigating the Flutter SDK's camera-track behavior on Android and iOS, using the reported device changes and foreground/background switching as reproduction cases. The issue names no files or tests, so first locate the camera-track lifecycle entry points and gather logs during a failure. Done means the camera stream continues through these transitions without requiring a camera toggle.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

Describe the bug
Sometimes the camera track gets stopped. Remote call participants will still gets a track, unmuted, but actually no camera stream is reproduced (usually ends with a black camera video).

To Reproduce
Happens apparently randomly or like changing used media device or switching multiple time between foreground/background app.

Expected behavior
The track should always continue. The workaround for this is turn off and then on again the camera and then everything is restored.
