Research direction

Start by examining the existing Mouse and Touchpad settings and how scroll behavior is handled on Linux Mint. The issue names no source files or tests, so the relevant settings entry point and platform behavior must be located first. Done means a graphical slider is available and changes the mouse scroll speed as requested.

Description

 * csd version: 5.2.0+una
 * Distribution: Linux Mint 20.3
 * Graphics hardware: Intel Corporation HD Graphics 530
 * Graphics driver: i915
 * 64 bit

I use Linux Mint as well as Windows 10 (because of applications not available for Linux).

Issue
In the mouse settings, I noticed that in Linux Mint 20.3, unlike in Windows 10, you cannot set the Mouse Scroll Speed.

In Windows 10 you can choose how many lines to scroll each time (see screenshot)

On Linux Mint 20.3, there is no easy way to adjust the mouse scroll speed and the default mouse scroll speed is too low for me.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open System settings
  2. Click on the Mouse and Touchpad icon

Expected behaviour
A graphical slider to change the mouse scroll speed.
