Research direction

Start by locating the rwav implementation in libretro-common and reviewing how existing FLAC and MP3 support is organized. Done means adding and validating support for 24-bit WAV, Sony Wave64, ulaw/mlaw, and ADPCM decoding.

Description

These are the issues off the top of my head.

  • No 24bit WAV support (in many WAVs)
  • No Sony Wave64 support
  • No ulaw/mlaw decoding
  • No ADPCM decoding

Just keeping these as a note for whoever maintains libretro-common, nor is it a indication really of if I will look at those myself like I did for FLAC and MP3.
