"Notes" — not a blog: a public place for many subjects, no cadence, authored in Markdown. Astro content collection with typed frontmatter (title, date, tags, description), listing page at /notes/, note layout, RSS feed. Draft a "site relaunch" note (doubles as LinkedIn announcement material; publishing optional).
Depends on: Astro scaffold, component library.
