Description
Build the reusable Astro components implementing the chosen design direction: navigation, status-bar-motif footer, section layouts, the lokkal-style icon grid ("toolbox"), responsive image component (astro:assets), and a gallery lightbox that loads a small rendition in-grid and a high-res rendition on click.
Icons via Iconify (astro-icon, build-time SVG).

Acceptance criteria
- Components use design tokens only (no hard-coded colours/fonts)
- Lightbox ships minimal client JS (TypeScript), loads full image lazily on demand
- Icon grid renders from a typed data file
