Description
Under the Contributing section of the README:
"- Add a solution in a language a problem doesn't have yet (
solution.rs,solution.c, ...)."
Currently, problems/binary-search has solutions in C++, Python, and Java, but lacks a JavaScript implementation (solution.js).
Proposed Solution
Add problems/binary-search/solution.js that:
- Reads the target and sorted numbers from standard input.
- Performs binary search with integer midpoint calculations.
- Prints the 0-based index of the target or
-1if not found. - Passes all existing test cases in
cases.txtviapython3 run.py binary-search --lang js.
