test(palindrome): add test cases for single-char, numeric, and punctuation edge cases

説明
Currently, problems/palindrome/cases.txt contains only 6 basic test cases, mostly focusing on standard lowercase dictionary words.
To ensure all solution implementations across C, C++, JavaScript, and Python strictly conform to the alphanumeric filtering and case-insensitivity requirements, we should add edge case coverage for:
- Single characters: Boundary cases such as
"a"and"Z"which are trivially palindromes (true). - Numeric palindromes and non-palindromes: Numbers like
"12321"(true) and"12345"(false). - Strings with only symbols/punctuation: Strings like
"!@#$"or"., !?"which contain no alphanumeric characters and reduce to empty strings (true). - Mixed alphanumeric sequences: Inputs like
"0P"(false) and"1a2b3b2a1"(true). - Complex sentences with apostrophes and punctuation: Sentences like
"No 'x' in Nixon"(true).
I would like to open a PR adding these cases to problems/palindrome/cases.txt and verifying that all language runners pass.
