Reproduce the failure while building and testing blockchain-k-plugin, including its libff, libsecp256k1, and libcryptopp dependencies. Done means kup install K enables that repository to build and run its tests without requiring an otherwise unavailable local K build.

Because of this, we cannot build and test that repository without a local build of K.
