New Catalan translation ready for inclusion

Hello maintainers!

I’ve created a Catalan translation of Pro Git (2nd Edition) following the structure and recommendations in TRANSLATING.md.

The translation is about 100% complete and actively maintained. I would like to request the inclusion of this language in the https://git-scm.com/book page, possibly under the “partial translations” or “full translation” section based on your criteria.

Let me know if there’s anything I need to change to align with the project’s standards. I’m happy to contribute and continue maintaining it.

What problem will this solve?

This will make the book accessible to Catalan speakers, a community that currently lacks an official translation. It promotes wider adoption and understanding of Git in the Catalan-speaking tech community, especially for students, developers, and educators in Catalonia, the Balearic Islands, and other Catalan-speaking regions.

Have you thought about other solutions?

I considered contributing to an existing translation, but Catalan was not yet listed as a supported language. Therefore, I followed the recommended approach of creating a separate repository under a GitHub organization and replicating the structure of the original book to initiate a new translation project.
