説明
When creating a link on front IO transceiver, we need to specify the speed, even when it's fixed by the underlying media type of the transceiver itself. We should add an "auto" setting, which is the default, where Dendrite queries the transceiver to figure out the speed and applies it for us if possible. This is similar to how FEC works today too.
This should probably fail if there are multiple speeds supported by the module.
