User Story
As an admin or course team member, I want to see how many learners have started or passed each of the items for my currently filtered pathways, so that I have a way to view more detailed item engagement for the enrollees in my pathways.
Acceptance Criteria
Given I am a user who has access to the pathway dashboard
When I view the Learner Behavior section
Then I see a stacked bar chart chart under a heading that reads "How many enrolled learners have started?" with the title Number of learners who started each item where the Y-axis is the number of learners, the X-axis is the pathway item name, and each pathway shows a stacked bars that shows the count of learners who started each pathway item (where the number of learners who passed the pathway item are represented in a different color
