User Story
As an admin or course team member, I want to see how many learners have started, not started, or passed each of my currently filtered pathways, so that I have a way to view baseline engagement for the enrollees in my pathway.
Acceptance Criteria
Given I am a user who has access to the pathway dashboard
When I view the Learner Behavior section
Then I see a Pathway Status clustered bar chart chart under a heading that reads "How many enrolled learners have started?" where the Y-axis is the number of learners, the X-axis is the pathway name, and each pathway shows three bars one for learners who have started, not started, or passed all items in the pathway
