I think that the issue at hand is, that the SlidableAction can not have a fixed size at the moment, but always resizes based on the extentRatio. This is great in itself, but it might be beneficial for a few cases to have the extentRatio: null and set a fixed width in the `SlidableAction` / `CustomSlidableAction`

Start with SlidableAction and CustomSlidableAction and trace how extentRatio sets the size of an action pane. The issue asks for extentRatio: null with an explicit fixed width, so the first question is how the current sizing code handles a missing ratio. Check the existing tests for action pane extent before changing anything. Done means a fixed-width action renders at that width and the ratio-based behaviour still passes its tests. The thread has no maintainer decision yet, so confirm the approach in the issue first.
