Compare the border's behaviour with a plain tap, which the reporter says renders correctly. 説明

I have a ListTile, with rouded corder border, and when I drag it, the border is erratic. Sometimes the border slides with it, sometimes it won't.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here, but the border redesign properly if I tap on the screen background.
