HighChart - Getting 403 Access to the resource is prohibited

まず、提供された curl コマンドを使って https://export.highcharts.com/ に対する報告されたリクエストを再現し、Referer に「fd」が含まれる場合の 403 レスポンスと標準的な Referer の場合を比較します。エクスポートリクエストの処理を追跡し、ブロックの原因となっている条件を特定します。標準の User-Agent または Referer を削除せずに、ドキュメント化されたリクエストが成功すれば完了です。

Expected behaviour

It should work as we have defined standard userAgent and Referer.

Actual behaviour

When we are using fd keyword in Referer, Our request is getting blocked and we are getting 403 error.
