調査の方向性

まず、添付の gauge.json を使って exportserver 5.0.0 と https://export.highcharts.com/ に対して問題を再現します。指定された Node.js と Highcharts のバージョンを使用し、起動後の最初のエクスポートと、その後のエクスポートを比較します。繰り返し呼び出しても solidgauge が一貫してレンダリングされれば完了です。

Hi

we try to render a solidgauge-based icon.

After sending the json to the exportserver the first time directly after starting the highcharts export server we get the correct image:

On all other following calls the icon is not rendered correctly:

Our Environment:

  • exportserver 5.0.0
  • highcharts 12.4.0
  • node 24.8.0

The same is happening if we use the attached gauge.json together with https://export.highcharts.com/
