Track PR #66, the admin-doc companion for graphistry C+D+E #3581 and Helm #102.

- CDE remains locally sealed at
1c89100de9f632baf37d693e061ca23ff45f5d2c; publication is not authorized yet. - The CDE delta since prior CDE head
3004d8435d6f9f70a805bde45bca2cdb6ce35380does not change the admin-doc behaviors described by this PR. - The docs PR remains documentation-only; no application or chart code is claimed.
Required before close
- Reverify documented behavior against the published CDE head.
- Confirm the Read the Docs build remains green at the exact head.
- Obtain owner authorization for any push, release, or deployment action.
- Never merge; merge ownership remains with the designated maintainer.
