Why
The ECS view lists clusters only, but Fells runs one cluster with about eight services. Per-service health is what an operator actually needs.

list_services, thendescribe_servicesin chunks of 10 withincludeset toTAGS. - Model
EcsServiceInfo: cluster name, service name, ARN, desired, running, pending, launch type, task definition (family and revision only), primary deployment rollout state, tags. - Return a
ServiceStatuson failure (see #88 for why this matters in ECS). - Console:
https://console.aws.amazon.com/ecs/v2/clusters/<cluster>/services/<service>/health?region=<region>. CLI:aws ecs describe-services --cluster <cluster> --services <service> --region <region>. - Palette entry
