Why
Per ADR 0009, everything that is not rotated lives in SSM SecureString parameters. Glance should list them so you can see what exists and when it last changed.

docs/recipes/add-a-service.md. New crateaws-sdk-ssm. - Use
describe_parametersonly. Never callget_parameterorget_parameters, and never show a value. Add a comment on the fetcher saying this is deliberate. - Model
SsmParameterInfo: name, type, tier, last modified date, version, tags vialist_tags_for_resource(resource typeParameter). - Console:
https://console.aws.amazon.com/systems-manager/parameters/<name>/description?region=<region>. CLI:aws ssm describe-parameters --parameter-filters Key=Name,Values=<name> --region <region>. - Palette entry
