This issue is blocked by #138; start after it is merged. Read docs/recipes/README.md and docs/recipes/add-a-service.md, then inspect src/aws/secrets.rs for the existing metadata-only pattern. Why

Per ADR 0009, everything that is not rotated lives in SSM SecureString parameters. Glance should list them so you can see what exists and when it last changed.

Follow docs/recipes/add-a-service.md.

Steps

  1. Follow docs/recipes/add-a-service.md. New crate aws-sdk-ssm.
  2. Use describe_parameters only. Never call get_parameter or get_parameters, and never show a value. Add a comment on the fetcher saying this is deliberate.
  3. Model SsmParameterInfo: name, type, tier, last modified date, version, tags via list_tags_for_resource (resource type Parameter).
  4. Console: https://console.aws.amazon.com/systems-manager/parameters/<name>/description?region=<region>. CLI: aws ssm describe-parameters --parameter-filters Key=Name,Values=<name> --region <region>.
  5. Palette entry ssm with aliases params and parameters.

Done when

  • SSM Parameters view reachable from the command palette
  • Rows carry tags: Tags
  • Describe, console pivot, and CLI pivot work on the selected row

  • Unit tests for the model helpers and the DescribableResource URLs and CLI command
  • README, docs/architecture.md, docs/aws-service-roadmap.md, and AGENTS.md updated
  • Changeset added (minor)
  • A test or code review note confirms no value is ever fetched
  • cargo fmt --all, cargo clippy --all-targets -- -D warnings, and cargo test --all pass, with output pasted in the PR
