Why
The locksley static site is served from CloudFront, and more frontends will follow. Note: locksley is not applied yet, so this view may be empty in the Fells account, which is fine.

https://console.aws.amazon.com/cloudfront/v4/home#/distributions/<id>. CLI:aws cloudfront get-distribution --id <id>. - Palette entry
