[REQUEST] Skunk Score should be a "GPA score"-like letter based on a 0-100 scale

指定された CLI ファイルをたどって score の出力を確認します。特に lib/skunk/cli/commands/default.rb、application.rb、command_factory.rb、status_reporter.rb を確認してください。test/lib/skunk/cli/commands/status_reporter_test.rb を読み、既存のテストを実行してください。レポートに各 score が文字と 0–100 の値で表示されれば完了ですが、正確な変換ルールについては issue の例に基づいてまだ明確にする必要があります。

As a new user
I want to run skunk
So that I can see a list of GPA scores per file

Problem:

As a new user
I run skunk
And then I see a list of skunk scores
And I don't understand if my app is in great shape or horrible shape
