調査の方向性

sentient/channels/base.pyの/modelリストボタン付近（1214行目あたり）を読み、次にtests/channelsにあるTelegram APIのフェイクを使ったテストと、既存の/model Local only確認フローを調べてください。「Local only」をタップした場合と/model Local only noの場合のテストを追加してください。両方のテストが通り、チャットの所有者だけが確認に応答できれば完了です。

Follow-up to #451 (#446). Typing /model Local only now asks before turning on the Local only switch, and /model Local only yes turns both on. Two gaps remain in sentient/channels/base.py:

  • Tapping the button for "Local only" in the /model list (~line 1214) still applies the preset without asking, and leaves the switch off. It should ask the same question.
  • /model Local only no replies "I don't have a model setup called 'Local only no'". It should cancel plainly.

Only the chat's owner can answer, as today.

Done when: both are covered by tests with the fake Telegram API used in tests/channels.
