SENTIENT_HOME が設定されている場合に Backups ページがデフォルトの保存先をどのように選択するかを追跡し、#303 におけるデフォルト以外のホームの処理と比較することから始めてください。新しいデフォルト以外のホームとデフォルトのホームの両方についてテストを追加してください。前者ではそのホーム内のフォルダーがデフォルトになり、後者では引き続き Documents がデフォルトになることをもって完了とします。

Found while testing the packaged v3.0.0-beta.1 build. With SENTIENT_HOME pointed at a throwaway test folder, Backups showed the owner's real Documents (OneDrive) backup folder as the default destination. A backup from a test or demo home would land in the user's real backups, next to their real ones.

Fix: only the default data folder (~/.sentient) should default to Documents. Any other SENTIENT_HOME should default to a backups folder inside itself, the same way #303 gave every non-default home its own keychain namespace.

Done when: a fresh non-default home's Backups page shows a folder inside that home, and the default home still defaults to Documents. Add tests for both.
