[v3] Implement new Concept Exercise: `Map`

既存のClojureのコンセプト演習を調べる前に、まずリンクされているv3のFeatures、Rationale、Concept-Exercise、Anatomyの各ドキュメントを読んでください。コレクションに対して関数をマッピングすることに焦点を当てたMap演習用に、指定された.docs、.meta、演習、テストの各ファイルを作成してください。コンセプトはhigher-order-functionsとし、transducersは対象外です。演習の構造、ドキュメント、例、実装、テストが完成していれば完了です。

This issue describes how to implement the Map concept exercise for the Clojure track.
