What
Lens agents have Read, Grep, Glob, Bash. Agent frontmatter cannot narrow Bash to read commands, so read-only is enforced only by their instructions.
Why
An agent with unrestricted Bash can change the repo if it misreads its instructions. Passing the diff and the base sha in the prompt would let the agents work with Read, Grep and Glob alone.

- SKILL.md §7 passes the diff text (or a temp file path) and the merge-base sha to each agent.
