Start by reviewing the current hero demo referenced in the README and identify the current Agent Substrate capabilities and user interfaces it should represent. Create a demo video under two minutes that shows security isolation first, then high-density scheduling with suspend and resume, and ideally the user interfaces.

The hero demo we've been featuring on the README and soon will be featuring on the OSS website is quite outdated. It's existed since the earliest versions of Agent Substrate and can use a refresh to reflect the current capabilities of Agent Substrate as well as how users interact with it.
I believe we need a Hera demo created that is less than two minutes in length that demonstrates the value and usability of Agent Substrate for agent workloads. It should demonstrate value propositions like security isolation first and foremost, and then also demonstrate high-density scheduling with suspend and resume. Ideally, this demo would also show some of the user interfaces so newcomers to the project get a better sense of exactly how they'll interact with Substrate.
