Component: Updates UI: Settings

The update channel and the "Update to latest version automatically" state are stored in the updater cache and not the user settings. This is actually desirable since it allows you to have update settings stored per-install, rather than globally. Unfortunately, it also makes it more difficult for users to find those options since they aren't represented in the Settings view.

It's not clear to me what the best way to solve this is, but since it came up today and we discussed it a bit, I figured I should make an issue.
