Overview
The scraped section data from coursebook have https://locator.utdallas.edu hyperlink. When you click on it, it auto-resolves to an equivalent https://map.concept3d.com. However, some links are broken, which means they do not resolve although there is an existing concept3d link.

My proposed solution: Initially add a logic in the parser to collect all the broken links, then create an overrideMap to map the broken link to the concept3d link if they exist. Then modify the parser so in the later parse, it will replace the broken link directly with concept3d link in the map.
The process of creating the overriding map is manual and it will be annoying. If you have an idea, feel free to share it in the comment. UTDRooms has a similar overrideMap https://github.com/UTDNebula/utd-rooms/blob/develop/src/lib/buildingInfo.ts
Note
@AbhiramTadepalli has an idea of creating a github actions to check the validity of the links and I think it can be potentially useful. If the pipeline gets triggered daily or weekly, we will be able to see if there's any new broken links or some links have been fixed so we can update the override map accordingly.
