Training script (TRL SFT or Unsloth): input = note only (no instructions), target = compact JSON; full FT for 270M, LoRA or full for 0.6B; runnable on a free Kaggle or Colab GPU (notebook + script); no paid compute.

Evaluate each checkpoint on dev via #72 → pick winner(s).
